Power tool inner valve 58pcs automatic assembly production line
Application:
This large-scale assembly production line is specially developed for the pump valve products. The machine needs to assemble 58 parts together, each of parts has the sealing ring feeding position to be evenly coated with oiled. The machine uses 3 circle orbit to complete the transfer and entire assembly line, which requires extremely high level accuracy. At present, only 3.5 people operate this whole line. Compared with the previous capacity, it has helped clients replace more than 30 people, and the overall output has increased by 5 times.
